Our head coach, Lloyd, will build on coaching influences he has learned from his travels around the world, which have taught and developed his holistic approach to training. We can help you learn how to run, how to run faster, how to lift correctly, how to eat to enhance performance and maximize recovery and also how to be a better person and enjoy a healthy life balance.
Lloyd will provide the coaching, support and motivation using his international experiences as an elite athlete, backed by a UK Athletics Level 3 Endurance Coaching Badge and Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach Qualification.
